Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we have a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.

We ship all orders via USPS or other trusted carriers. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Delivery confirmation

A shipment is considered successfully delivered once the carrier marks the package as Delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
This applies regardless of whether the package was left in a mailbox, parcel locker, or at the delivery location.

Carrier tracking scans serve as proof of delivery.

Lost or stolen packages

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
This includes, but is not limited to, theft from porches, mailboxes, or common areas.

What to do if your package is marked as delivered but not received

  • Check around your property and with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number for further details
    (USPS can verify GPS scan data and delivery location).

In some cases, packages are misdelivered or delayed and may still be located.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We cannot be held liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
