Returns

We hope you love your candle guy scented candles. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused. Custom-made scented candles are generally excluded from returns and exchanges.

How to start a return

Please do not send your return back to us without contacting us first.

To start a return, please contact us using our contact form and include your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used for your order.
