First, I received my order within a few days of placing it...I was amazed at how fast I received it. The packaging was great, and I loved the candles. However, I chose the Mystery Scent, which was very nice, but I wished I had chosen my own scents. I sent an email asking if I could exchange the candles for different scents, and I got a reply extremely quickly, saying that was not a problem at all. The email even included a return shipping label. So I returned the first order and placed my new order. I was so impressed with the quality of the candles and the customer service, that I ordered 6 candles in my second order, instead of 3 in my first order. Do not hesitate to buy from this company! You will not be disappointed! And just for the record, I NEVER write reviews, but this company definitely deserves one!

Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The order was supposed to be delivered when I saw it was moving away from my city after already arriving here. I reached out to customer service and was immediately shipped a replacement candle. Most companies today tell you to wait a couple days to see if it arrives. On top of the great customer service, the candle smells amazing. I will absolutely do business with them again.

Much smaller than expected, but I guess I should've read the specs. As someone that buys a lot of candles, $25 seems overpriced for the quality. I will say the candles are funny, which is what got my attention, and the packaging is nice. Maybe try better photography to show the scale of the candles and upgrade the label to a higher-end material. That would make me buy more.

Highly recommend! My candles arrived quickly, and were packaged very well. The scent throw is great (fills the living room in my apartment without being too strong) and the candle burns cleanly and evenly so no wax is wasted. I will be purchasing from The Candle Guy again in the future!

I found Candle Guy thanks to an instagram add and I couldn’t pass it up! “You’re my favorite thing to do” was the first winner in the Vanilla Cinnamon scent. I was pretty iffy on buying a candle without a sniff test but this ended up being my boyfriends favorite candle and I needed to order a second! “Thanks for all the orgasms” was the second in the same scent! Which unfortunately never actually made it to my parcel locker (even tho USPS said it did) and customer service immediately responded to my email and offered to send out a replacement! 10/10 small business for a fun quality product and great customer service. First i would start off and say the delivery is fast i live in NYC and my candle came in 3 days i had a mishap where my candle was delivered but I didn’t receive it (not candle guy fault) i assume usps made a mistake or someone stole my package furthermore i reached out to the customer service and received quick responses to solve my issue and received another candle. The customer service is excellent the candle smells great i hope my babe loves it for Vday. Definitely will shop here again , Thank you

Unfortunately USPS lost my order but the QUICKNESS of response has been so amazing from this company. Specifically, Mike has been great with guiding me through the process of how to receive a new order without any fault or problem to me. I ordered three different candles and within 4 days, it was already shipped and I had a tracking number. Unfortunately, even though USPS said it was delivered, I never received my package. I emailed customer service and in less that 8 hours, I already had a service member respond back to me. I haven’t received my candles yet but I have been very impressed with the customer service! They have been quick and have assisted me thus far.

I saw theee candles on an instagram ad and was so excited to purchase some for Christmas! I ordered my candles on Nov. 30th and, unfortunately due to USPS being a terrible carrier, my candles were next delivered. The company refunded me partially and sent another package, only for USPS to lose my package again. Their customer service was very helpful, and I did get a full refund in the end, but I never got my candles 😭 I would highly recommend this company have more options for carriers and give the customer the option to pay more if that’s their choice. USPS is simply not reliable.

So the candles do indeed look how they said they’d look, but they’re so freaking tiny. Like miniature. Not worth the money. The scent is almost nonexistent, I couldn’t even make out which scent was which. I bought two, & it wasn’t worth the money at all. 50$? Insane. Worth maybe 8 bucks? Disappointed but didn’t ask for a refund because it seems like a starting business, so I get it. But gotta do better about straight up robbing people.

I got the “thanks for all the orgasms” candle in the lavender scent and my partner loves it so much he said when it’s all burned he’s going to use it as a change jar. The scent is lovely, and even when it’s not lit you can still get light wafts of the lavender. 10/10 would buy again!

I placed my order and received a tracking number the next morning. I tracked it 2 days later and it still had just only said label created and it had not moved. I emailed the candle guy and he responded almost immediately. He said that it was in fact odd that there was no tracking updates and that he had already packaged a new order and shipped it out. I asked him if he would like me to return the second order if the first package ended up being delivered And he told me to go ahead and keep it if it does show up! Extremely helpful and extremely good at staying on top of things I would highly recommend this company!!!

Ordering was quick and easy. The candle was shipped promptly. I am usually concerned about candles breaking in transit but this candle was packaged perfectly and pretty much guaranteed it wouldn’t break in transit. This candle will make a great gift. I loved everything about it, including quick shipping. My only complaint is the label for the. Candle was on the outside of the package. Two reasons this is problematic, 1) This was a gift 2) It was mailed to a house where children live, so having the inappropriate candle label on the outside of the package was seen by children who got the mail and are in middle school and highschool. Therefore, this raised questions and created this funny gift idea to be a bad decision.Otherwise, it smells great, quick response, prompt delivery

I would expect for a 25.00 candle that the sticker would be positioned right and not wrinkled like I received. The concept is great, the delivery of product subpar. Please consider improving your execution of orders.

I LOVE this candle! I got it as a gift for my husband. I got the clean cotton scent and he loves it. Hubby has every intention of reusing the jar when he burns through the candle. What kind of wax are your candles made of?
Our candles are made of soy wax and are therefore completely environmental friendly and vegan. Unlike other manufacturers, our candles are made from 100% soy wax (no blend).
What ingredients are in the candle?
We only use natural ingredients, with high-quality essential oils and the very best herbs. In our scented candles are no dyes or other additives. 100% pure nature.
Where do you produce your candles?
We produce all candles in California. Each fragrance recipe is individually mixed by us and the candles are poured by hand.
When should a candle be burned?
We recommend using the candle within a year. Otherwise, the intensity of the fragrance may be affected.
