Shipping
We usually ship all orders the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation please check your spam folder first.
Return to sender
USPS usually only returns packages if the shipping address is not correct. We can resend or refund your order. If we resend your order please make sure your shipping address is correct!
Delivery time
Delivery can take up to 5 business days after we shipped your order. Please check the USPS tracking for updates. If you have any questions shoot us a message!
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
If none of the above worked, we would need to file a lost package claim with USPS. Please contact us in this we will take care of everything!
Shipping Address Update
As long as we haven't shipped your order we can update your shipping address. You will receive an email confirmation after we updated your address.

If you want to update the house number, apartment number or street within the same city you can contact your local post office. They might be able to update your address during delivery. If your address is completely wrong USPS will return your package and we can refund or resend your order. Please contact us in this case.
